internet service, cell phone service
 + 0 moreInternet service bandwidth continued to degrade throughout 2012. They had no plans to fix or upgrade. Technical service rep. was not very friendly when talking to my wife. This is completely unacceptable.
Description of Work: Failed to provide quality internet service.
