Been going here for awhile now for all of my cars maintenance and repairs. This place is top knotch A#1 in my book. It's the best feeling ever not to have to go to the dealership anymore! 1) Convenient- call or my favorite - email to make an appointment. 2) TRUSTWORTHY ....finally I found a place that can be trusted! 3) You can tell from the moment you walk in you are important to them. 4) Open early 7 am for those who need to drop off before work and has loaner cars available, if needed so you don't have to take a day off work! 5) Competitive rates. 6) Nice clean professional waiting room with free wifi. My wife calls and says her van has overheated on the way to work and she happens to be right by a service station so she has pulled in. I am thinking that we are about to pay a huge premium because they have us trapped. My first indication that I might be wrong was that they offered her a free loaner car to take to work and they tell me upfront what their diagnostic charge will be. We agree that nothing will be done without approval. They called back said it needed a new thermostat and provided a reasonable cost for replacing and would have it done by the time my wife got off work. They even took the car to her and brought back their loaner. That would have been good service, what has made them great and a trusted service partner is that they evaluated her car and given its high mileage 165k on a Dodge Caravan asked how long I intended to drive it. Based on my expectations they gave me a prioritized list of things that were probably needed and discussed with me a plan, some of which I could do and some items which they should do as we work together to get 200k miles out of it.
I have started taking both my cars there and I am always greeted as if I am their best customer and I have never felt the least bit taken advantage of. They have even said try the repair yourself and if you get in over your head give us a call and we will help.
