This company is FANTASTIC! They spend 30 or 45 minutes with your pet, send daily feedback, will bring in mail/newspapers, water plants, even take out trash. Staff is incredible...they get to know your pets and give them personal care!

They are very good with our animals! My dogs love them!

Brittney was great. She sent daily text messages advising me how that day went. She fed and gave my cat her medicine, as well as brought in my mail.
She was very friendly and professional. Before I left town, she came to my home to meet my cat, and review what I wanted done. I then received daily updates. The communication and service were excellent. If my cat didn't need medicine twice a day, it would have been half the cost, so while was expensive, was reasonable considering she had to come in morning and evening.
Will definitely use again.

Everything went very well. The pet sitter kept in contact with us by text messages and photos of our pets. The pets areas were clean and any mishaps were cleaned up as well.

I have an Irish Setter puppy who is not ready to be left alone in a crate for very long. Kritter Kare had a wonderful person (Cheryl) stay with my puppy for a solid week while I was out of town and my spouse had to go to work. Cheryl was so very reliable, personable, and professional. She showed up earlier than her appointed time by 10 or 15 minutes which my husband found very helpful, and she did a great job managing the intense behaviors of a goofy puppy. Cheryl wrote informative notes about what had gone on during her stay (which is helpful when you're housetraining a pup.) She sent fun texts and pictures of our pup too!
Kritter Kare is absolutely thorough with respect to communication. During the period when we were setting up services, Kritter Kare required all the caregivers to come to our house, meet us and the puppy, and have us show them the quirks and kinks of our home, etc. They did everything possible to make sure that no balls were dropped. And no balls were dropped.
Because I work at home, and have a hard time getting anything done while minding a puppy, we now use Kritter Kare regularly for mid-day dog walking. The walkers (Cheryl and Ashley) arrive on time, do a great job, and our puppy is always happy to see them. He comes back well-exercised and ready for a long nap. The only time one of the walkers needed to be late, she called well ahead of time to alert me of it.
The only reason I would use a company other than Kritter Kare is if they are not available when I need them.

Shortly after we got a new puppy, I got a new job where I couldn't come home at lunch to let her out and feed her. She was too young to hold her potty all day and as a small breed should be fed three times a day until she is six months old. I did a lot of research on dogsitting/dog walking services and found that most are one or two people operations which I did not want to rely on for daily care. The thing I like most about Kritter Kare is that they assign you a primary dog sitter and a back up dog sitter so you always have coverage. Ashlee and Cheryl have both been great. They leave notes about each visit which are helpful. The service was also a life saver because the puppy needed treatment/medicine for a couple of weeks which they took care of during the visit. The other thing I like about Kritter Kare is that they don't just have a 30 minute visit option. You can add time in 15 minutes increments for an additional $5. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kritter Kare took care of my animals for 4 1/2 days while I was on vacation out of state. They did an excellent job.

I spend $15 a visit. I would give her an A across the board.

This is THE best pet sitting service. I am the pickiest person when it comes to animal care. I have been using Kritter Kare for 6 months and am so happy. I only wish every company was this great!

We were extremely pleased with the services of Kritter Kare. They are very professional, responsible, and trustworthy. We received updates on our dog several times while we were away. We even received photos and a video showing how well our dog was doing. When we returned, we were so happy to find that our dog was not stressed and was comfortable in his own environment while we were gone. We had very detailed information from each visit done by Kritter Kare. We were very pleased with the knowledge and services that Kritter Kare provided. We were happy that we could relax and not worry about our dog while we were away. We knew he had the best care possible!
