Great!  Very prompt response to my request and next day on-site inspection.  Received the estimate the following day and they were able to start work almost immediately.  Were very patient with answering questions and keeping me informed about what was to be done (the hows, whens, whys, etc.).  They were never too busy to answer a phone call (I had other work going on at my home that needed to be coordinated with/around them).  The work was completed in the amount of time they promised and looks great!  Very helpful with providing information for future problems or to prevent problems from happening.  Would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone with these types of problems in their home.
