I hired Derek Marshall to remove 5 trees after meeting him while he was working at my neighbor's house. Unfortunately, I didn't ask my neighbor about him first, since his service was also unacceptable. We agreed on a price and I told him there was no hurry to do the job. Two days later I get home from work and there is a tandem axle bucket truck in my back yard axle deep in mud. The monster truck had not only left ruts a foot deep, it had actually reshaped my yard. Derek assured me he would fix the damages but he refused to give me his insurance information. His idea of fixing the yard was to sprinkle grass seed and hay, he did nothing about the ruts. After the damages he caused, cutting my grass became an off road outing. I even had to replace the blade on my riding mower after it got bent in a rut. I called Derek numerous times about fixing the yard and he refused. I ended up pulling a scam to get his insurance information and put in a claim. Thankfully, Derek's insurance carrier was more honest than him and they paid to have my yard tilled and re-seeded. I would definitely recommend NOT hiring Derek Marshall dba Envirosolutions.
