Probably the best experience with a contractor I have had. Took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable with their responses. If I ever have to use an electrical contractor again I can promise you it will be these guys

I saw the inspection on the Angie's List Deal of the day.  I was wanting an inspection since I live in an 80 year old house, & I was aware the panel needed upgraded.  One of the things I liked the most was after the inspection, they called me and went through all the findings, explaining which were critical versus nice to have.  They provided a quote the same day (Friday).  The service was performed the following Tuesday.  Very professional people.  I would definitely recommend them.

The owner came out and estimated the job. They were here on time and they spent extra time. They did not charge me extra for the extra time. They also helped me out with a couple of extra things while they were here.

Very fast service. I called and they came out within the hour. Only took about 15 minutes at the most to replace the 220 outlet. Repairman was very professional and friendly. They have a new phone number 444-8188 and have moved from Metamora to Washington, IL.

The manufacture of the flooring company gave me completetly wrong info on what was needed to install a heated tile floor in my basement. I was told I would only need to thermostats for a 1200 sq ft floor and when the electrician from Trapp show up he advised me I would need 8 to 10. So I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism he showed. He was there trying to figure out what to do to try and make it work with less thermostats and even called the maufacturer himself to see what could be done to help me. Eventually I didn't go through with the heated floor due to having to have too many thermostats installed, I appreciated the help the contractor did and the professionalismhe displayed. He certainly exceeded my expectations, and only charged me a service call fee eventhough he was there for approx 3 hours. Highly reccommend TRAPP to everyone. AAA+ in my book.

The service they did was good. I chose them because they service our area. The job was fine. I had an issue with the bill, I called them and then they adjusted it. Their professionalism was good. Their service clean and everything was good. The guy was efficient and got to work. Everything works fine. They do good work but we have to make sure that we know exactly what they are going to charge us.

This is an old house and nobody decided do anything until we moved here. So they were updating the electric and they did a good job. The start of our relationship with this company was when we were remodeling our bathrooms three years ago. They did the eclectic in the bathroom too. I trust them. They are licensed electricians but they are not union. So if anybody want union worker they should not use them. We will keep using their services.
