Upon completion of the job, they even walked our property to clean up debris and loose nails (with a magnet cart). Highly recommend.

I had hail damage. They pulled off the old roof and put a new roof on. They did a tremendous job. Brian was very prompt, cleaned everything up, worked very efficiently, and walked me through it excellently. I was very happy from the very beginning and I would highly recommend them.

Brian and his team were terrific. Brian responded to all my emails in a timely manner and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was not a pressure salesman and gave us all the options we asked for. Brian was on site the entire time his team was here doing the work. He provided feedback while the job was in progress and made sure we were completely satisfied when they were done. The entire process was well communicated with the owner, Brian. Living out of state, he did a fantastic job of sending me updates with pictures. They were very punctual and completed the job on schedule. The finished product was superb and the cleanup was perfect. We hired Sunrise Roofing to do a complete roof job for us. We had a new roof and gutters installed. Brian went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. He was on the job every day and took care of everything from start to finish. Super clean professional company. There was no mess to clean up and the equipment they used to haul the debris away was amazing! We highly recommend Sunrise Roofing and would refer them to anyone.

Very professional in all ways. Did a thorough job of inspecting the roof prior to giving us a bid. His bid for comparable GAF roofing was $1200 to $4000 less than other competitors. During the bidding and decision process, the owner was responsive to our questions and explained the best alternatives for our needs. Brian did a good job of providing us samples and locations to look at. He made the decision process easy.
The installation was done before we anticipated. As promised, the job was completed within the time estimate stated. All work was completed in a professional manner. The owner worked hand in hand with his crew ... all involved kept working with minimal breaks. Really impressive crew. They did a good job of protecting our property during the tear off and installation. Clean up was good, with only a few nails and scrap found after they left. Way cleaner than I really expected. Their lift was a great tool. A big investment on their part that helped with productivity and cleanliness.
The roof looks great (but who really looks at the roof after it's installed). The important thing is the overall GAF system ... it's what's underneath the shingles that counts ... love it.

They did a great job on a full roof tear off and installation!

After getting 4 bids to replace the roof, and this is before meeting Brian Johnson from Sunrise Roofing.  I was most impressed by the way Brian approached a job, the materials he had with him on his initial consult, and his demeanor in explaining how he and his team replaces a roof.  The fact that he carries Certainteed shingles and quality baffeled ridgevent were not lost on us when we got the price quote.  Maybe it was the previous price quotes we'd received from other competitors that softened us up a bit to realize Sunrize roofing was providing a real value.  At the time of our quote, he was about two weeks out from being able to start the job.
Our roof is 22 squares, and laid out in two levels of  4/12 slopes.  No valleys,  a couple of vent pipes and all the existing venting that was to be removed and replaced with ridge vent.  Brian and his crew showed up a couple minutes prior to 7:00 and were able to finish by 4:30 that day.  They spent the last 30 minutes walking the property, cleaning up any scraps of material and nails they found.  I was really impressed with the way they worked, and were able to time the delivery of the materials just as they needed them.
The next morning it was raining, I'm glad they're able to finish it in one day.

We had several bids on our roof.  Brian Johnson's was the lowest but also the most thorough.  He sat down with us to explain options and timing.  He also evaluated some chimney work that needed to be done prior to roofing and was able to recommend a company for this and coordinate with them for the start of the  roof work.
They had to delay start due to rain but once they began the job, they worked 12-14 hour days to finish  in a timely manner, even coming in on the holiday for final clean-up.  The workers were very professional and because of a special piece of equipment that can be raised to the roof line for disposal of old shingles, it was a very clean job.  Plus they went back with magnets to be sure no nails were left on the ground around the house.  Can't say enough good things about this company - absolutely excellent work!

The team from Sunrise Roofing arrived at my home exactly when they stated they would arrive.  Upon arrival, they got right to work protecting my Koi Pond from debris.  They made certain that nothing would fall into the pond which is located directly behind my garage.  In one day, they knocked out the entire garage, removing the old roof's shingles, felt paper, and drip edge.  They also added a ridge vent to my garage which will help with my garage attic ventilation.  They also have a self-contained driven dumpster unit that was able to not only prevent me from having a huge dumpster at my home for a week or more, but they were able to haul away each day's debris when they left each night.  Brian and his team took every precaution not to damage any of our bushes or plants.  They even took extra precautions when the shingle delivery arrived trying to prevent any damage to my yard.  From start to finish, the team from Sunrise Roofing worked diligently, putting in lengthy hours during some very hot and humid days.  The overall project was completed professionally, quickly, and with a very friendly team of workers.  I would most certainly recommend Sunrise Roofing for all of your roofing needs. They go ABOVE and BEYOND!!!

From start to finish one of the best team of workers I have ever seen!. My roof was a mess, these guys tore off all the old shingles and pulled old and rotted plywood and replaced with new. I was on the roof taking pictures the whole time and the boss (owner) did not mind at all. He was informative as to what they were doing at all times. He had very well mannered workers and they moved like a well oiled machine. I had taken a hundred or so pictures and he borrowed them to put on a disc! I was never so happey to have called Sunrise Roofing and would again if need be.

I had a great experience with Sunrise Roofing.  I did a lot of research on different roofing contractors, got 4 bids, and out of the 4, Sunrise was the best value for the money.  Brian came out within a few days of being called.  He really spent a lot of time looking at what would be the best replacement option, going into the attic, up on the roof, etc.  .  Then he sat down and explained everything that would be done. I  knew that I needed wood to be replaced around the chimney from a previous chimney leak, and that my attic did not have enough ventilation.  He picked up on both things right away and what I really liked was that he included in his proposal that any wood that would need to be replaced was included - NOT extra.  Everyone else I talked with would not include the replacement wood.  It would be extra depending on what they found when they removed the old roof.  I have been dealing with a lot of contractors for the past year, and I have learned that I never like to hear that.  I was here on the first day of tear off.  They only tear off and replace what can be done that day - so no worrys about if it rains!The crew was great,, very nice and a lot of them!.  Their clean up on both days  was awesome.  I would never have known they were here.  I also had an old satelite dish on the roof that I wanted taken down when they replaced the roof.  The crew took it off the roof but were hesitant to disconnect it, but Brian came back and disconnected it and removed it, which I really appreciated.  He also came both days after the crew left to check the job they had done a make sure everything was OK.The job took 2 days only.  Probably one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor.

Outstanding job! Brian and his crew were at all times professional. Handled all questions and issues right away. Very good quality. After first visit to give a quote, assumed he'd be the high-price given his professionalism and knowledge. But instead he was very competitive. Did exactly as he promised. Was the only quote that provided one price with no qualifiers. Others said if this or that happens, price will be more ... but 'we won't know until we get in there'. Brian instead took the time to fully understand the job, quoted, and then performed. Got eight quotes. Sunrise was the best overall quote for quality, product, service promise, and professionalism. And in the end, price paid was exactly as quoted! Brian made it reasonably priced and great quality. Honestly we had not heard of Sunrise Roofing nor found a listing here. That will change soon given his good work. I'd recommend at least getting a quote so you can see his approach.
