 + -1 moreI would say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had when purchasing an item.
Description of Work: My husband and I went to Russell's with intentions of purchasing two bicycles for exercising and that is what we did. They were very friendly and helpful. I was most impressed by their knowledge of the different products that they have. The staff member we spoke to was very helpful and understood that we weren't looking to spend a great deal. We were very pleased with the information they taught us about the products that we purchased.
