They were punctual with getting to us with an estimate. It did take a few phone calls to set up a time to do the job. After we set up a time the work went well.The two workers were professional and worked quickly. They cleaned up the site and we did not have any clean up at all.

The entire job, and it was a big one, went very smooth.From the beginning, our salesman John, was accommodating to our schedule, polite and very helpful in our color choices, he also stopped by to check on the job once it started to be sure we were still happy with our choices. The install crew was outstanding. They were here everyday when they said they would be, and did spectacular work. I work from home so they let me know when they would arrive in the am, what they would be doing and when they came and went for supplies or lunch. They did a phenominal job transforming our house with new siding, soffits and wrapping the trim on the windows and doors. It was early May so the windows were open, I never heard one foul word, one negative conversation or inappropriate conversation or comments. These guys worked, hard long days, were polite, here to work, very pleasant to talk to and were very respectful that I was home and working. I cannot say enough about how nice our house looks or how much I liked Lucky and his crew and would ask for them if I had another siding job done, ever.  Any other work we need done that Peoria Siding and Window does, we will hire them to do it.

Salesman was professional in appearance and presentation.  Was on time and was prepared.   Provided us with lots of detail so we knew exacty what we were getting.  Original job date was moved back once because of ongoing work they were doing in flooded areas of Peoria.   There was some mis-communication later about the start date.   We had to call them to verify that materials were going to be delivered.   Once on the job the crew was neat, polite and did a great job.  Cleaned up everything and finished the job on the time table promised.  Very satisfied.

It was good and they did a good job on everything. The siding company hired them and they had done work for us before. The price was included in the siding.

They removed 4 tornado damaged windows and replace them. they did an excellent job. Very professional. They arrived on time and got right to work. The new windows actually look better than the ones that were installed by the home builder.  Wishing now that I could afford to get all the windows replaced.

The quote was provided quickly and professionally, without wasting my time with a elaborate sales pitch. The salesman was able to answer my questions with ease. The windows were installed on time, and the installers were very professional. They did an excellent job of cleanup.

They were here exactly when they said they would be and finished in 2 days. Quality is very good and the transformation is beautiful.

It went great!  Brad was not a typical salesman, very professional and did not put any pressure on us at all to buy.  We were going to have windows too but our budget did not allow us.  Brad was an A++++ to deal with! 

I would highly recommend the gutter helmets to anybody who doesn't want to deal with cleaning out their gutters! 

I do not have any negatives to say about our dealings with Brad and Peoria siding! 

I was pleased with the work that they did. There was one thing that I thought could use a touch up, and they came out quickly and fixed it to my satisfaction.

After the initial consultation with a salesperson, we had to follow up several times asking for our quote and finally asked for a new salesperson.  Once that was resolved, they did excellent work.  The contractors were on time, courteous and communicated well. After the projects were finished, we had one small problem that was fixed within a matter of days after we contacted them. While their prices are a little high, the end result is one that we are very happy with.

Door order went smoothly, but when the installers came out to install the door, the unit had the wrong threshold.  Attempts to contact the salesman went unanswered unti I contacted the vice president of the company, who took over the project and made sure that the correct door unit was ordered.  Second attempt at installation went very well.  Installers were very neat and cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly.

First, we went with Peoria Siding and Window because they are an established company, even though their estimate was the highest of the 5 that we got. Apparently, that was money wasted. I expected a company like this to be more professional, responsive, and punctual! The first day, the roofing crew was supposed to show up at 7am. The dumpster was delivered at 7am, but the workers didn't show up til 10:30. When I called Peoria Siding and Window to see where they were, Ed told me that he didn't know and he couldn't get in touch with them. They finally arrived and did a decent job. They did a very good job of cleaning up. The only (3) nails that I found were under the dumpster which was not removed til the next day, so I didn't expect the roofing crew to clean under it.
Our estimate for the roof included new soffit and fascia also. Imagine everyone's surprise when the gutter crew showed up the next day and told me that they don't do soffits and fascia! There was supposed to be a 3rd crew that does the soffit and fascia but nobody had scheduled them to show up. That was on Friday. Today is Monday. I was told by Ed on Friday that the soffit and fascia crew would be there "first thing Monday morning". It's now 11:00am and nobody has showed yet! I have no gutters on my house right now. I really hope it doesn't rain!
Also, I was repeatedly told that Peoria Siding & Window does not use sub-contractors. They only use their own employees. Bullsh!t. The roofing crew and the gutter crew both told me that they were sub-contractors and that they "work for all the local companies".
Finally, I was surprised that a company of this size needed 1/3 down when we signed the contract weeks ago. That means they have had my money (that I could have been collecting interest on) for at least 4 weeks now. Also, the roofing crew asked for payment in full when they finished. I was not home at the time, or that would have never happened. They asked my wife and she wrote the check and gave it to them.
I am still waiting on a date that they will be out to replace the 2 windows. Hopefully the crew that removes the windows is also the crew that installs the new ones! Otherwise, I will be sitting in my house with 2 large holes in the walls!

They did an excellent job.

Installers came on the date scheduled, were prompt, courteous and worked quickly (17 windows 1 1/2 days).  They
draped furniture and floors and cleaned up after themselves inside and outside.

We attended an open house in the fall of 2010 at the facility in East Peoria on Westgate Drive.  We met Mr Heer and he was very helpful in showing us the windows and siding.  He came to our home about a week later, and worked up an estimate on everything, siding and windows.  We also had an estimate from Window World.  Peoria Siding and window had done our neighbor's home a few years earlier, and he was very happy with their work.
We came to an agreement on the price, and the work was scheduled.  The windows went in first, and they were beautiful!
The siding was delivered about a week later, and the work started 2-3 weeks after the windows were finished. 
Before the siding was delivered, a young man, a son of a foreman who was employed by Peoria Siding came to our home and checked on the progress.  As he was leaving, he drove over what he thought was a clump of flowers (it was still blooming) with his truck, and ruined the front axel on the truck.  The truck became stuck on the rock in the middle of the flowers, and had to be towed off.  This was very upsetting to me, and I called Mr. Heer.  I asked to be compensated for ruining the rock's placement and my daylilies. He gave us an upgrade on the siding to a locking siding.  I was very satisfied with this settlement.  The siding is beautiful, and other than having a broken window,which they replaced very quickly, the work is satisfactory.  There is an issue with the electricity over our deck, but we have not contacted them about that yet.
Since there was a tax rebate in 2010 on energy improvements, we needed documentation for that, and Mr. Heer was happy to give us all the papers we needed to file for that rebate.

Excellent experience.   Knowledgeable but not pushy sales person visited the house.    Explained the options, took basic measurements.  Within 2 days, installer came for exact measurements, confirmed door selection and gave us an install date.   The installer was outstanding, took his time and did the job right the first time.  Went above and beyond by reinstalling and adjusting our storm door to better than before condition.    A++++

They did a good job. We have used them in the past.

I would recommend them. They always clean up after themselves. They are good and on time.
