What they do typically is, they check the furnace once a year, replace filters, make sure the thermostat is working properly and the furnace is running properly. The other time during the year, they check the air conditioning unit and again, that's everything is running properly. One person comes out to do the service. They're prompt, they're attentive, they know what they're doing, they are friendly, they get the work done within a good time allotment. They're good.
