Awesome job!

Awful.   After he advised us on what he was planning to do and plant, the work was started shortly after.  After following watering instructions, all the Arbor's died. When I tried for months to contact Mr. Fletcher, he NEVER returned any calls. The plants were under warranty and he tried to avoid me. I finally approached him as he was working for our neighbor and he was very nervous,    scratching his chin and avoiding eye contact.  I asked him why the bushes died and said he didnt know but would replace them. They died again and he finally admitted they do not do well in shade. and had no answer to why he planted them there --- TWICE! Offered then to replace them but I had enough and just had them pulled out and did not want to deal with him again.  Two of the smaller plants also died.  Also, he did not put weed prevention material under the rocks into the ravine and weeds are now growing through them. After having another landscaper come out last summer, we had more rock put into ravine  and he put the weed prevention material down and said the other rocks should have been done the same way.  We definately would not recommend him. His lack of knowledge and inability to return phone calls was unacceptable and very stressful.  We do not recommend him and would be a good idea to get 2 or 3 estimates or recommendations.And every detail in writing.

They did a very good job but never billed me. I kept calling but it turned out the owner was on vacation and billed me when he got back. I will use them again in the future.

We were very pleased with this entire operation. We were pleased with the bid and were told that the work could be started in a few days. The crew came as promised and did a very careful and thorough job. Aaron Fletcher called me the next day to ask if they had missed anything and to make sure that we were happy.
