Very professional and highly informative. Sadly the part needed for our fridge was discontinued and he could not fix it. Did provide information on different fridges and their typical life spans and which one was best in each category. They do repairs not sales so he took the time on recommendations. Very polite.

From the person I spoke to on the phone to the technician who came to evaluate was perfect.  Punctual, professional, and the only place I will contact in the future for appliance repair.

My dryer was fixed within 1.5 hours of calling them. They were very upfront with the cost that I thought was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Arrived same day as I called them. Let me know what was wrong and said he would be back the next day to repair. Just as promised he returned the next day and got it fixed in less than 20 minutes. Excellent. Called at 10:30 in the morning and they had someone to the house (Paul Taylor was terrific) by 2:30pm. The service was prompt and professional. I have already programmed their number in my phone and they will be my go to people from now on.

Tech came out promptly to fix a dishwasher that ultimately wasn't fixable. While here, I had him look at both a dryer that was making grinding noises and an oven that needed a new starter. Tech was courteous and efficient and even called me back next day to say he'd accidently overcharged me and to adjust my payment. Impressed with both service and customer service. Will recommend and call again.

It went well, he suggested buying a new one and what bra.ds were the brett. He was very honest.

Arrived on time and took care of things quickly. Too much ice in the freezer made it impossible to diagnose the problem, so he took the fridge outside and hosed the ice out of the freezer, doing what he could to prevent a mess. Told me what the fix would cost and didn't insist that I go with it. I ended up choosing to buy a new one and just paid the service call fee. Overall, very friendly, service was prompt and efficient.

We had purchased a scratch and dent refrigerator which was abnormally loud. We decided to call a tech to find out what was wrong. The tech came the next day, investigated, and determined that the fan was loose. He was able to tighten the fan and quiet the sound. The next couple days, we noticed the refrigerator and freezer temperatures were several degrees higher than they were set. We called again and the tech came the next day. He found that a strap had gotten in the way of the fan and caused it not to operate properly. He cleared the strap away from the fan and it has worked properly and quietly since. We were not charged for the second visit.

I called on a Thursday afternoon and was able to schedule the work for the next day. The owner did the work himself, arrived promptly and did a thorough job, not just in repairing my direr but in diagnosing the underlying causal problem of an improperly cleaned venting system. He took time to do some extra cleaning of the lint back up from underneath and inside the front panel of the drier, and demonstrated to me how a clog in the venting was causing the pilot light to go out. He explained how this clog had caused a very small fire which caused the burnt out coils and the current lack of heat. He was careful to explain the fire hazard that would quickly reappear without a complete vent cleaning by an appropriate professional. He was unsure of who to refer who would do the best job on our long and difficult venting system, but suggested I try Angie's list. I took his suggestion, found another great professional to do the vent cleaning job! This other professional also confirmed the fire hazard and remedied the situation, That professional said I should definitely give kuddo to the repair person who spotted the underlying problem (beyond the bad coils that he replaced) and who recommended the immediate re-cleaning of the duct work. So that's what I'm doing here. This company more than fixed my drier, they helped keep my family safe!\
