Affordable Party Tent Rentals was started in 2003 as a family-owned seasonal party equipment rental business. Since then, we have grown into a year-round party equipment rental business. We provide quality tents, tables and chairs for backyard parties, weddings, and corporate events at affordable prices. We also have lighting, dance floors, table linens and portable bars to add that special touch to any party! All rental items are delivered clean and ready to use. Unlike most tent companies, our pricing includes tent set-up and take-down leaving you with no worries. Whether it’s a small dinner party for 10 or a wedding or corporate event for 300, let us help make your planning easy and worry free! Pleasant phone conversation, offered me a variety of options (could upgrade chairs & tables, offered sides to tent, offered striped or plain tent in several sizes. Gave me a window of time they would be arriving to set up, provided 3 men to set up, 3 men to take down, and arrived and departed at appointed times. All were very pleasant to deal with. Price was less than other companies I had called, that serviced this area.
