HE CAME OUT NEVER SENT A QOUTE

We negotiated a price for the service and the contractor said he would return in 7 days to complete the work. We came home from work the following day and noticed that the work had been completed. This was all fine except there was no notice and 50-60 daffodils that were 3 days away from bloom had been crushed. I told them that I was very disappointed that the team had crushed the flowers and the contractor essentially said nothing. I do not recommend Vidal.
