Roberto and his crew were OUTSTANDING! I wish I could tell you that they were paying me to say all of the following but they are not. In 64 years I have never been so pleased with a contractor of any kind. They knew their business and carefully downed my trees, one piece at a time. They even placed plywood on my lawn to help protect my grass. They were punctual, professional, very friendly, and did a nice job of cleaning up. I was impressed!!

All of the trees were tricky, either threatening the house or electrical wires. They did a good job. They were punctual and professional. They had to bring in a cherry picker for 2 of the trees and did the other 2 of them by climbing up and cutting them up in pieces. They cleaned up and hauled off all of the material. I only had them grind 2 stumps as the others were where they are not a big deal.

The job went very smoothly.
It was late in the season, and weather was uncooperative, so we had to wait a week or so to begin, but once work started, the crew was on time, and very efficient. This was a difficult job, as access was difficult to the back yard, and the trees were right against the foundation of the house. But the crew did a great job cutting the trees down and completely and thoroughly removing and cleaning up the property.
Once all the debris was removed, John Schuster from Schuster's Tree Service came in and completely removed the stumps. This too, was done thoroughly and cleanly, below grade as requested.
I paid Roberto from Twin Pines for the entire job, and it was seamless.
I was very pleased with the work done and the price.
I would certainly use both companies again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Just before I was about to leave on business, a limb from an apple tree collapsed under the weight of its fruit. It was the third branch down this summer; the other two in storms. I contacted Schuster's stump grinders and *small* tree removal. They passed the job to their partner, Twin Pines, which could handle a medium-sized tree.
Roberto send an estimate via email, so we could begin planning while I was away. The price seemed reasonable enough, so I did not go out for more bids. We arranged a date; then rearranged it when the weather didn't cooperate.
The Twin Pines crew removed the tree one early afternoon. The crew each took some apples home, which cheered me up: I was sad to see the tree go. Schuster came a bit later and ground the stump. I was napping and didn't even hear it.
Roberto is efficient---witness the email arrangements---and in person a friendly guy. I've been a bit disappointed with *other* tree services, so I would use Twin Pines again. Except now all my trees are so small, I can prune them.
