Really pleased with their work, overall. One custom glass wall was originally delivered and we realized that it was a good foot lower than it was supposed to be. The installer said I could have it for no charge or they could take it back and make me a new one to the correct measurements. I liked having a choice. I appreciated that they admitted to an error and were willing to give me options. After the work was finished, I asked them to come back and fix one of the shower door seals and remove some excess caulk. The Chapman Co. was very prompt and did a great job of finishing up the details. Their installers were courteous.
