Description of Work: They have provided products and services in my home for over 23 years. They provided and installed the bath/glass surround systems and medicine cabinets when we originally built our home. Since then they have provided additional products/service for our home addition and remolding project. Recently provided products to be installed in our home in Michigan.

 + -1 moreReally pleased with their work, overall. One custom glass wall was originally delivered and we realized that it was a good foot lower than it was supposed to be. The installer said I could have it for no charge or they could take it back and make me a new one to the correct measurements. I liked having a choice. I appreciated that they admitted to an error and were willing to give me options. After the work was finished, I asked them to come back and fix one of the shower door seals and remove some excess caulk. The Chapman Co. was very prompt and did a great job of finishing up the details. Their installers were courteous.
Description of Work: The Chapman Co. installed four custom glass shower doors and walls. They installed two mirrors for a custom medicine cabinet. They also installed an interior glass "window" between a bathroom and an adjacent sitting room.
