We bought a car that didn't have a dvd player or navigation, and took it there to install both. They were honest and didn't try to upsell us. In fact, they helped us decide we didn't need the navigation in the car. The upgrades all look like they came original with the car. They were quick and fair in price. We will definitely go back again.

Replaced radio in my Chevy Suburban with a new Kenwood unit. The staff at Soundz Plus were knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. The price was reasonable. The radio was not in stock, but when it came in they installed it while I waited. I had a unrelated short circuit in my wiring harness that prevented the OBD connector from working. This would have caused me a problem when I went for emissions testing. The guys at Soundz plus fixed it no-charge while installing the radio! Excellent! I would highly recommend this shop!

Marty and Team provided a high quality product, and installed it perfectly. Scheduling was very easy, pricing was fair, and I would not hesitate to recommend to anybody looking to upgrade their car audio.

For less than it would have cost for the replacement part without the tape player, I got an exact replacement. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't the price of Toyota parts and I have been very satisfied with the unit. I was able to get the work done on a schedule that let me get there and back in one day.

Very friendly staff looked at van, gave estimate, and they were able to fix them on the spot. Took about hour and 1/2.

Called Soundz Plus and explained that I had a Pioneer Stereo that was installed in a car I had bought used. Whoever had originally installed stereo had not put in microphone or AM/FM Antenna. It was just hooked to Sirius. They checked and had all parts in stock. They gave me a quote immediately. I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived they promptly installed the components while I waited in their comfortable waiting room. The installation people even assisted in pairing my iPhone up now that microphone was working. The whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend them to assist with any Car Stereo needs.

I called earlier in the week to get an estimate. The person who answered the phone took my information, and promised to get back to me. She did so quickly, explaining that they would need to see the vehicle and equipment to give a proper estimate. I called back to speak with the Manager as she instructed, and made an appointment for later that same day. Even though this was a very small job for this company, they were courteous and responsive to my request for an installation during what has to be their peak season (post Christmas). They clearly explained what they would do, and how long it would take. The install was done exactly on time, and looks and functions great. I definitely recommend them, and would go back.

Overall, the experience is excellent. They did what I asked them to do and they were quick about getting it done, and it works. I'm very happy with their services, and I'm going to take my mother's car in as well.

Went very well. It was an odd fit--there were no ready-made replacement units for this vehicle. They came up with several choices at different price points. They guided me to the right choice over the phone by taking me to the mnufacturers' websites for the different units. They were prompt in returning our calls. They gave us an install date no more than a week out, and they did the job on the promised date. Final price came in right at their estimate. Our only complaint is that upon completion, they were to call us and they didn't. Also, when we went to pick up the car, the salesman wasn't there to show us how to use the new radio. Those were minor problems, overall.

The communication was excellent; we were on email at first, and he wrote back to me. He deals in a lot of high end cars, and gets a lot of porches and real fancy cars. The quality of work is excellent.
