As I mentioned,it turned out there was an underlying issue we were not aware of when I first brought the computer in.I just wanted windows re-installed.After returning the computer to me I discovered the computer actually had a seperate problem.I returned the computer & Tom Sherlock took care of it for me.He always call to inform of progress or if there is an additional cost.Which I really appreciate.I feel very comfortable working with Sherlock computer.It would be easy for someone to take advantage of someone who does not know a lot about computers.Total professional.I cannot recomend high enough
