PROFESSIONAL FENCE REPAIR

Had a hard time finding a contractor that would/could replace my broken fence post. It is oversized and several places couldn't get the material. Professional Fence Repair took care of the job at a very fair price. Results were excellent.

Sue contacted me within 24 hours. I provided photos and Armando (for whom no problem was a problem) came and estimated. Came back on time (Which was the day after tornadoes) fixed original issue with back-gate and post AND fixed storm damage with another 3 posts on that day. Armando was terrific and I would strongly recommend this company.

There were parts of our chainlink fence that needed repair. They replaced a few sections of top rail, re-stretched our chainlink mesh, and replaced the chainlink in areas where it was needed. The services they provided saved us from having to replacing the whole fence. This company stands behind the quality of their work. We had some concerns about the initial repairs they made but after addressing our concerns to James. He was able to send his crew back and make the necessary adjustments.

Work was done on time and as expected. Good work.

A few days after receiving the estimate, my partner woke up to find two employees working in our yard. He immediately let them know we hadn't authorized the work. The employees were disgusted and said, "It's not the first time this has happened." I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. AVOID THIS COMPANY. **Update** Their attorney Megan Harris contacted us on 9/14/17 and said "to avoid ligation" we had to withdraw our BBB complaint (fortunately for consumers, that can't be done) and pay -- even though the company had not seemingly complied with the Illinois Home Repair and Remodeling Law (815 ILCS 513) which requires signed contracts for jobs over $1,000. Again, I strongly urge potential customers to stay away from this company unless they, too, want to be victimized by unfair and unethical business practices.

Very pleased. They matched the look of the neighbors existing fence. Gates are hung nicely and operate smoothly. Would definitely use them again.

We had to wait 12 weeks for the work to be started due to other jobs ahead of us and the weather. They arrived when they said they would. They did a good job. The fence is nice and tight now and we are very happy how it turned out though they left clods of dirt and cement which we had to get rid of.

Everything went as planned and they even leveled the fence door which was not something I was aware had an issue. It works better now. I am need for fence services again. This time it is on a different side of my property and may require an entire replacement. I was pleased enough the first time and now have reached out them again.

Excellent service. They were able to mark the specific posts that needed to be repaired and provide a quote within a day or two of my contacting them. After we decided to go ahead with the repairs they arrived with a day or so and performed them.

I had originally contact Professional Fence Repair to provide a quote for (2) fence posts that had broken during the high wind storm in November.  They promptly provided a quote and advised estimated day for repair.  In the meantime, another section of my fence blew down the following week due to another high wind storm.   Unfortunately, Mother Nature dumped over 8" of snow and the posts could not be done.   Professional Fence did come to my house as soon as the weather permitted and with snow still on the ground completed the job perfectly.    I was quite impressed with this company and the service they provided.

All the people I dealt with were pleasant and courteous. Called up and set a time for an estimate. Owner came out and did the estimate in a few days. The crew came out about a week or so later and did a great job. Reasonable price. This went very well and will call them again when fence needs repair.

Set up appointment for estimate. Owner was out in a few days to look at the job. The price quote was emailed to me the next day. The price was very reasonable for the job I was have done. Taking down old gate and replacing with new one. The job was done as quoted and am very happy with repair.
