They were superb. He was wonderful. He was superb in every regard.

I have typically paid around $315 to have this job done with my other plumber (without the video scan). Mr. Beutjer arrived with an assistant who I don't think was a certified plumber. They worked to free up the line which took approximately 2 hours. I was also shown a video of the pipe to see what was going on in the sewer which I am guessing was the other 1/2 an hour in the total 2 1/2 hour service. The service was more expensive than I was used to paying. Partly because of the video scan, but also in regard to the actual rodding (about $200 more!!). It would have been nice to have been told upfront that viewing the line would be another $110. Also, I was paying the hourly fee for two plumbers instead of one. I have paid less with my one plumber doing the same job. I was told that I received some cost break, but does that mean this $625 service would have been closer to $700!!? I’ve asked around and having a plumber and assistant (being charged for two plumbers) and two trucks for a rodding is not standard. After they left I went downstairs to find somewhat of a mess around the work site. I had to mop up and vacuum. My regular plumber leaves the site clean after he is done. So in the end - the work was done, but it was much more expensive than I am used to paying. If you have to use this plumber make sure you ask: How many workers are going to be doing the job and am I being changed a plumber’s rate for each one? and, get a cost estimate (I know, common sense) and breakdown of what is exactly going to be done - including clean up. (Also, and this has nothing to do with this plumber, but I think that if it is technologically possible plumber video scans should be made available to the customer either via email attachment or available on site. It's paid for by the customer and so it should be owned by the customer so the customer can use it as he/she sees fit.) I will go back to my regular plumber on price, honesty and professionalism.

A single very nice plumber came and worked very diligently to get the drain open. In an hour he was done and the drain was fixed.

It went very well.  They put down plywood to transport back hoe so my lawn was not damaged.

Very responsive ... Service performed quickly and well done.

Company responded to voicemail message within 15 minutes. They were on the job site within 2 hours at the time they promised. Work was completed within estimated time frame. Worker had us check all water lines before he left to make sure that nothing was impacting the flow.

Beutjer was the only one of 3 quotes that offered more than one option, and he was very conscious of ways to help us save money.   The other estimates were substantially higher.  He is very patient and willing to explain the whys and hows of his recommendations.  He is definitely our go-to plumber in the future.

Our 20+ year old water heater developed a slow leak and needed to be replaced. We previously had a great experience with Beautjer Plumbing to hook up a gas line for our dryer. So, we called them back for this job. I gave Jim some details about our water heater over the phone and provided me with a quote. We scheduled a time for him to come out the next day (this was per our request, he was willing to come out that night). The water heater was replaced and we are very happy with the service that was provided. Jim went out of his way to explain safety items and tips to us, keeping in mind that we have small children. He is obviously very experienced and good at what he does. We will not hesitate to call him back when the need arises.

Noticed water creating "bubbles" in the ceiling of the laundry room. I scheduled an appt. for that problem and two other minor dripping problems that I was having in the house. They were prompt, cheerful & courteous. They cut into the drywall ceiling, but  kept the drywall on a tarp, swept it up onto the tarp and took it back to their dumpster for disposal. Very methodical in their discovery and diagnosis of the problems. The ceiling bubbles were the result of a grout problem, so no actual plumbing problem. The other minor leaks were quickly fixed.   I've used this company several times over the 20 years I've lived in my home and will continue to do so.

Our management company contacted Jim Buetjer on a Sunday morning of a hoilday weekend (July 4th).  Within hours Jim was on site, diagnosed the problem with not one but two hot water heaters. One tank required repairs and the other required replacement.  Jim recommended we make the required repairs to one tank that day, thereby providing hot water to the 30 units, and replace the other tank during 'regular' business hours immediately after the holiday  to keep our costs down.  He completed the recommended repairs and replacement as promised.

The work that they did was A rated.  He was very personable and spent time explaining what he needed to do and how he did it.  He was very conscientious and I was impressed with him.

They came out when they were supposed to come out and the job was done properly. It was explained properly.

Bathtub overflowed on 2nd floor and water was streaming into kitchen. The problem was a loose fitting in the bathtub. They came out next day, fixed it right....everything was great. Found my go-to plumber.

The entire experience went extremely well from the inital phone call to the job done. I will definitely use them again.

The two guys that worked on the leak were very quick to fix the problem and solve it. They did their best to limit the damage to the bathroom wall, and kept the area modestly clean. After the leak was plugged, they explained that I should do my best to ventilate the room with a fan, which I did.

While the project was not cheap it wasn't easy work and we've not had problems since. Beutjer and his staff are all professionals and do good work.

We called them on a Monday, and they came out the next afternoon. I think the repairman name was Bob, very polite and quick with fixing everything. We hadn't planned on him to look at the bathroom sink, but he said he was more than happy to take a look at it. We would definitely have them came back to do more work!

Beutjers showed up on time, worked quickly, cleaned up well - all the things you want in a company. It was easy to make an appointment - they had a regular opening just two days from my call. Work was started at 7:30 am making a small job like this easy to complete before we headed off to work.

We had an emergency. Our hot water heater started to leak and it was on the 2nd floor. We called in the AM and received prompt response. The Plumber Pete, was very thorough and informative. The work was completed the same day we called and we are very happy with the outcome.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL. JIM CAME OUT TO GIVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE AND MAKE SURE HE UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WAS ASKING HIM DO. HE GAVE ME THE PRICE AHEAD OF TIME. HE DID NOT KNOW THAT PEOPLE RATED HIM ON THE INTERNET AT ANGIE'S LIST. HE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH HIS WORK; HE WAS RIGHT!
