Hogan Plumbing ran new water lines, drain, and gas for our laundry room project. They were extremely helpful, resourceful, and quick to quote and schedule and helped us complete our project well within our timeframe. Jeremy was phenomenal to work with and really helped us start this project off on the right foot! I could not recommend them more highly and will absolutely use Hogan Plumbing for all our future projects!

Chuck ordered a kohler toilet and Dan called me to setup a time to install as soon as he had it. Installation took under 90 minutes and is working as expected.

All work was done well, plumbers arrived on time, and the quoted estimates were honored. The plumbers have been careful with our home, removing shoes, cleaning up after the job was complete, and leaving our home as we would leave it. We have high standards and no complaints.

Dan showed up and fixed a leak in my sink. It took him about 5 minutes. I handed him my credit card and he said "No charge. I can't charge you for something that took me 5 minutes." I was shocked. I thought at least he would charge for the service call.

Everything was fine. I was happy with the service.

Our ejector pump had been making a louder noise than usual for a few weeks. Over the weekend we started smelling sewer gas on and off. Yesterday we were using the water in the basement and I did not hear the pump turn on. We stopped using any basement plumbing and called today for an appointment.
I gave my information to the person who answered the phone and was told one of the plumbers would call me as soon as they were notified by email. I did call back an hour and a half later to make sure someone could come out today. Apparently the email system was not working properly but after my call I had Steve Cripe call me within a few minutes. He told me he could be at my house within two hours. Great!
Steve arrived about two hours later and took a look at the ejector pump. The pump initially worked when he tested it. Steve pointed out a few issues with the original installation of the pump, which was basically all plastic, that could have made it work harder. While demonstrating these issues the original pump did finally seize up and refuse to work. I happily agreed to having a new, cast iron ejector pump installed. This new pump is of excellent quality and cost us less than the original plastic pump.
While he was there I asked Steve about our battery back-up for the sump pump. Since that battery is now six years old Steve recommended replacing the old water battery. I thought as long as the green light was on the battery was okay but Steve explained that all that meant was the battery was at its highest charge. He estimated the battery would work for less than an hour if we lost power. Since we live near water and our sump pump goes off constantly, I also happily agreed to ordering a new gel battery that will be maintenance-free. That battery will be installed on Friday.
I am very happy to have called Hogan Plumbing. Steve was neat, professional, open to questions and happy to investigate other plumbing issues. He also gave me little maintenance tips I appreciated. I will definitely call Hogan the next time we need plumbing assistance.

They started from square one and finished with trimming out the house. They were always reachable through the entire process and very helpful. They did a great job and helped us with some of the decision making. I would highly recommend them

On the day of the appointment Dan was called away on another job, but sent another tech in his place. The tech did his job well, put down tarps, replaced the pipe in under 1.5 hours, and cleaned up after he was finished.
I am very satisfied with the results and will use them again!

This is the second time we have had Hogan plumbing out to our house to do some small projects. A year ago, our shower thermostat was not working correctly. The first plumber we had out told us that we needed an entire new thermostat and they were not familiar with Rohl plumbing. I had Hogan out for a second opinion. He told us that we have hard water, which I already knew in Western Springs, and that the cartridge was probably blocked by calcium deposits. I had already obtained a new cartridge that was under warranty. He recommended that for the future, he would be happy to come out and just soak the cartridge in CLR and it would work like brand new. He removed the old cartridge and replaced the new one so fast. I was happy to work with someone that was familiar with Rohl faucets/plumbing products. On my first visit, they presented me with a $25 off coupon that I can use whenever for every visit. This most recent visit they came out to remove our pot filler faucet above our stove so we could install a backsplash The plumber knew it may be a few more weeks before I would need him to return to reinstall the faucet. He gave me his direct number. He quickly replied when I called him to come back and installed my faucet. I got to use my coupon again. I am glad to have found such a reliable and honest plumber who is familiar with our plumbing products in our house.

They were very professional. I'm a mom with two kids and I felt comfortable with them in the house. The price was good. They were very prompt. They were able to get the work in very soon after acceptance of the estimate.

Hogan Plumbing installed a hot water heater in our home. We are happy with work done and service provided. We will use them again in the future.

Everyhting went great, I couldn't be more pleased. The plumber that did the work (Dan) was on time and very courteous. He was a real professional and it showed in the quality of work he performed. The price they charged was reasonably given the time and effort involved. I would definitely use Hogan's again and would highly recommend then to others.

Bath faucet valve began leaking and action became sloppy. Also, kitchen disposal noises had changed and wanted that inspected. I called Hogan Plumbers for service as I had used them in the past with great results. I was able to set-up appointment for following day. Plumber called when on the way and I left work to meet them. They showed up right on time. He readied his tools, took off shoes upon request and proceeded to bath. Within little more than five minutes he had the valve replaced and faucet reassembled. It was completely like new again. The disposal inspection was uneventful, as his findings were the noise may have changed but there was no impairment to the function. So that was great news to me. He took less than fifteen minutes from arrival to finish and I was very pleased with the service and the results. They take pride in their professional approach and performance. I highly recommend them.

Very well, we used them to put in the plumbing for our re-model, they are very professional and very nice. And they did a great job with the plumbing too...installed all of the water lines, sewer lines, baths, kitchen, etc

The owner took my call and set a next day call from one of his crew to schedule a stop time. I received a call first thing in the morning to set the schedule time. Met the plumber at agreed time, in uniform and with tools. Covered his shoes with shoe booties, asked about the first sink and got to work right away. About five minutes inspection he discovered the problem then fished out a piece of the old washer remaining from my prior repair. Everything worked great afterwards and he explained about the losseness and how to check the handle post and re-tighten it. Very nice and knowledgeable guy. Second sink was a simple replacement cartridge and it too worked fine once again. Forty-five minutes after starting the job was paid for, he had tidied up leaving no mess at all and was on his way. I returned to work very satisified with a job done well form a very organized contractor. Based uponn the professional approach to these small problems, I would not hestiate to call the back for any size of job. Very recommended.
