Twin brothers Greg and Scott have assembled a crew of dedicated and conscientious staff. We could not be more pleased with their attention to detail and their follow up on a couple little things.

Courteous, on time, professional. Company is a family run company. Every single day someone from the family was here to oversee the crew. They cleaned up every night. This was the most pleasant remodeling experience we have ever had.

Fox Chase has been our preferred landscaping service for several reasons. Imagination, attention to detail, honesty, and offering the best value for your landscaping dollar are just a few of the reasons we will continue to use their services.
In the past they built a gorgeous bluestone staircase for our front entry and did a beautiful concrete pad and fieldstone background for a new hot tub install. Their work with Bluestone patios and stairs is second to none. we look forward to a redo of our 30 year old bluestone patio this coming summer by Fox Chase Landscaping.

In both cases Fox Chase was outstanding. Several visits give us ideas and discussed the scope of the work. When materials were available we were called promptly with timing for the work to be done. The crews were experienced and professional; the work was done carefully and neatly with no disruption to the already extensive landscaping beds. Materials are of the highest quality! The crews were always supervised by one of the owners and they always made sure we were completely satisfied with what they used and how the jobs were progressing. We could not be more pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to use them again.

Didn't use the company.

An estimate was provided very promptly (on-site). However, after the estimate I was unable to obtain a return call after multiple attempts and I eventually had the work done for one third the Fox Chase estimate on one item and one tenth the estimate on another item. The bid was so high and the response so dismal (after the estimate) that I thought it should be recorded. My intent is not to cast suspicion on Fox Chase, but I would definitely obtain multiple estimates when dealing with them.

The quality of the work was good. They did a good job on the patio. The only complaint is that we requested a specific maple tree that turns bright red to be planted. This company planted a maple tree but not the kind we wanted without consulting us first. We were disappointed to find out they had done this. When we expressed our displeasure, all they told us was they could remove that tree and replace with another. We felt we would have lost the growing time of the tree.

Fox Chase is great with our spring and fall clean-ups. They have us scheduled on Thursdays, but if it rains on a Thursday, they sure show up on Fridays to cut our lawn. We kind of joke around with them and say we like our grass shorter than anyone else. If they don't cut it short enough or as short as we like it, they will come back and cut it again. I'd call us totally satisfied. I mean when we first got this house it was all overgrown. They really improved the place quite a bit. They even have done some pruning work for us and tree removal. I find them to be pretty knowledgeable and I think they know what they're talking about.

Came as expected, did a great job. Quick and professional. Yard looks great!

BOB VISITED MY HOUSE, AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK I WANTED TO HAVE DONE. HE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN THE OTHER ESTIMATES I RECEIVED. I DECIDED TO USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

WE THOUGHT THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON THE FRONT STEPS. OUR NEIGHBORS HAVE COME OVER AND RAVED ABOUT HOW NICE THEY LOOK AND THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM WE HAD WITH TOO FEW STEPS THAT WERE TOO HIGH. WE THOUGHT THE PRICE FOR THE WORK WAS VERY REASONABLE. IT TOOK ALMOST TWO DAYS TO DO THE WORK AND IT WASN'T EASY WORK. WE ALSO THOUGHT THEY DID A NICE JOB ON THE LANDSCAPING IN THE BACK YARD AND THEY WERE FLEXIBLE IN BRINGING THE PRICE DOWN TO MEET MY BUDGET. I PRICED OUT THE PLANTS SEPARATELY AND FELT THAT THE QUOTE WAS IN LINE WITH THE COST OF MATERIAL AND LABOR.

IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES HAD A MUTUAL RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER. BOB AND SONS MADE MANY GREAT SUGGESTIONS REGARDING PLANT MATERIALS AND PAVER MATERIALS. HE TRIED HARD TO GIVE US THE BEST FOR THE BUDGET WE HAD AVAILABLE. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN.
