The company called me within a couple of hours of having left a message on a Sunday. I was in the five day contract review period for a real estate purchase and needed to have the property tested for radon. The company placed the equipment the next day and performed a 48 hour test. The test was completed that Wednesday and the report sent to me as a pdf that same day. The company was able to access the property using the real estate placed lock box on the front door, saying that they were licensed to do so. They coordinated their visits to the property with the listing agent. I dropped a check in the mail to pay for the services. Overall, a very smooth and efficient transaction. Very little effort on my part to get the test performed in a timely manner.
