American Restoration contacted my wife after storms came through my area. They sent a sales rep out and he spent about an hour investigating and assessing the damage to my house. After this American Restoration sent their findings to my insurance company and originally my insurance company was only going to cover have of the cost to replace my siding. After vigorously working with my insurance company American Restoration was got my insurance company to cover the entire cost. It took longer that I expected but it was worth the wait. I would recommend this company to all of my Family and Friends!!!!

In the summer of 2020 we noticed a number of houses in our subdivision were getting new roofs as a result of a recent hail storm. We contacted American Storm Restoration and from beginning to end their performance and customer service was outstanding. They of course provided a free roof inspection, advised us that we needed a new roof, and then handled everything with our insurance company. Once our insurance agreed to a price, the project was scheduled. Amazingly, when they had an opening in their schedule American Storm Restoration was able to come out early to do the work. I have never had a contractor show up early to complete their work before. What a refreshing way to do things! They also came back later (but not too much later) to do the gutters and downspouts. All in all, this is a great company and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replacement.

The roof, garage and shed were all done in one day. I was very impressed. There was a small issue with scheduling, but overall I am happy with the outcome.

The team that was sent out completed the work within 2 business days. The team worked in challenging weather and were very polite. I would use them again they were on time and started work early and completed my roofs very quick.

We had our roof and gutters replaced. The process was very long and drawn out. It should have been a red flag for me to choose a different company when they had to come back for a second contract to be signed. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and continue with them. They lack communication skills. They showed up to complete the gutters on a date I was unaware of as well as a repair of the roof without confirmation. This was an issue due to having a dog and arrangements needing to be made because my dog does not do well with loud noises. In addition, their phone line was down for weeks. I could go on with more things that made this process dreadful but I’ll end it here with saying I would not recommend using this company.

As promised this is a follow up review of the Storm Damage work for post-project performed by the Team at American Storm Restoration. Much as we said in the initial Preparation and Approvals review previously, the quality of work continued to be very good through execution. The workers were professional and did quality work using proper techniques and did not cut corners on the work. As expected did the work in stages, with one crew performing the roof demo and install and others doing the inside ceiling repair / painting. The damage, especially inside, was challenging and the team took several steps beyond what normally would have been necessary for a basic repair. The process was done relatively painless across two days. Although it was necessary to vacate our primary living room/dining room due to scaffolding and safety they were happy to clear the way for us able to move around in the house as we needed. There is still a small amount of work left to complete with other secondary repairs, but the American Storm Restoration team continues to be highly recommended by us.

So far working with Sergio Balino and his rep, Vianney Davalos has been fantastic. They are quick to respond to my questions and concerns and the work by their roofers was fantastic. They took off my old roof and completed installation of my new roof in about 12 hours on one of the hottest days of the year. They arrived around 7:10 am, and left around 7:20 pm. Picked up and disposed of all the old roofing material, and they were careful around my wife's flower garden. They even moved my patio furniture in the back yard and put everything back when the job was complete. They also had a neat magnetic tool that found any stray roofing nails. So my driveway, sidewalk and outside areas were cleared of that danger. So far they have done great work, but we are working in stages right now. They have completed to roofing portion, but still have to handle the repairs to my siding and downspouts. I expect that portion of work will be done just as professionally and diligent as the roofing portion.

The team has performed performed well through the planning stages. First, they are a local company and not one of those out-of-town storm chasing companies we keep no-soliciting signs up to keep away. When we engaged with American Storm Restoration, we had an unusual and rather complex situation where multiple storms spanned across a change in insurance companies. They were extremely responsive and helpful navigating the challenges of handling insurance and settlement. Their Licensed Inspector worked with the insurance company to ensure we were not getting 'short changed' and ensure fair and complete resolution. It was explained clearly from the beginning that this is a multi-step process that can take some time, which it has, but they were with us the entire way. I was skeptical assuming they were like the flyby night 'Storm Damage Roofers' but they truly are not that, they are a legitimate roofing company. We are now finally through approvals / paperwork at the stage of beginning the work. I plan to followup this Initial review with a 'post work' review discussing work quality. But definitely so far so good..
