All Pro Air Duct Cleaning entered my condo unit without my permission. They claimed it was authorized by the management company who did not have my permission to do any billable work in my unit. All Pro Air Duct Cleaning subsequently charged the management company for doing work that I did not authorize. Spoke to Otilia at the company who was unwilling to rectify the situation.
