Set up an appointment about a week ago to have the plumber come and fix my shower. They showed up just a little after 8:00am and began work immediately. The two of them were very polite and professional while working on my shower and was able to answer many questions I had. They were here for about an hour. Price was a little more then expected. I will definitely call them for any future repairs I need.

It went very well. There were two people who completed the job. They were very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves.

We discovered the leaking shower faucet on Sunday morning, Mother's Day, as we were getting ready for the day. We called Ford's Plumbing, and got their message machine, and within the hour, someone called back. They said they would come first thing in the morning, and they did. The two men who came knew what was the matter immediately and fixed the problem quickly. They were very professional in their manner and pleasant.

Chris Ford and his crew are very familiar with our home plumbing and take very good care of us. In 2010, Sorry can't fine invoice we purchased a new dishwasher. The Ford plumbers discovered an open live wire behind the dishwasher that would have caused a fire. They fixed the problem at no additional cost. These guys are on my speed dial. Michelle Ford works as a dispatcher for the company and she is extremely nice and wonderful to talk to for updates on projects.
