 + -1 moreMARK WEGENER IS AN ALL-AROUND TALENTED GUY WHOM I WOULD CALL FOR JUST ABOUT ANYTHING THAT WOULD CROP UP WITH MY HOUSE. I WAS REFERRED TO HIM THROUGH A NEIGHBOR WHOSE MOTHER-IN-LAW HAS USED HIM FOR EVERYTHING FOR YEARS. MY NEIGHBOR ACTUALLY HAD MARK COMPLETELY GUT AND REMODEL HER MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH - HE INSTALLED A SHOWER, VANITIES, SKYLIGHT, BUILT CLOSETS, ETC. HIS WORK IS IMPECCABLE - HE'LL PROBABLY HAVE HIGHER STANDARDS FOR YOUR HOUSE THAN YOU WILL! FOR THIS DOORWAY FILL-IN, HIS INTERIOR CARPENTRY HAD TO MATCH UP WITH THE EXTERIOR MASONRY WORK THAT WAS BEING DONE TO COVER THE NEW AREA WITH BRICK. IT ALL WORKED FLAWLESSLY - MARK KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE MASONRY COMPANY WAS GOING TO NEED. IT TOOK THE BUILDING INSPECTOR ALL OF ABOUT 10 SECONDS TO APPROVE HIS WORK WITHOUT QUESTION. MARK IS ALSO QUALIFIED TO DO PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, AND JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU COULD IMAGINE A TRUSTED HANDYMAN DOING. HE'S BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR HIMSELF FOR YEARS, SO HE'S DONE IT ALL.
Description of Work: REMOVED AN EXTERIOR DOOR AND CONSTRUCTED A WALL IN ITS PLACE, FRAMED, INSULATED, DRYWALLED, READY FOR PAINTING. ALL WORK CONFORMED TO CODE AND PASSED MUNICIPAL BUILDING PERMIT INSPECTIONS.
