Same worker cancelled 11:00 am on following Saturday (1/31/2015) appointment with only 40 mnutes notice, again after we rearranged our schedule to accomodate him.
Same worker was approximately three hours late for the rescheduled Monday (2/2/2015)appointment. When we called tthe office we were advised that we had been removed from their schedule board (he did not notify the office that he cancelled the appointment!) When he finally did arrive, he did not have all materials (insulation) with him to finish the job. Had to schedule again for the following day, again he was several hours late for a 1:00 pm Tuesday )2/3/2015) appointment.
Monday and Tuesday perhaps were affected the Sunday snowstorm, however that would not have been a problem if he had not rescheduled the 1/31/2015 appointment. The storm had beem forcasted for nearly all of the prior week.
Quality of work in the shower area was terrible.
Twice left messages for owner on his cell phone, he did not return any calls.
Based on our experience, this company does not care about their customers, they apparently think we like to sit around all day waiting for them!.
