Work was done in a very timely and professional manner. As a single, female homeowner who in the past has been taking advantage of I appreciated his honesty and was educated on several preventative measures or issues with my garage door opener to look out for in the future. He was not pushy and informed me on the proper ways to lift my extremely heavy door. I would highly recommend him. And if I have another problem will definitely hire him again.

My mother had a stroke and being a senior delinquent while I was at the grocery store she drove her truck into the garage frame Eli from edm came earlier than expected diagnosed the problem and fixed the door all while it was snowing Im forever grateful for Eli and edm as a company as a whole hopefully I dont have to make another call soon

I appreciated the technician's expert installation and quality work regarding my new garage door opener. I also appreciated the instructions/information he provided about the new opener and the condition of the garage door. I would definitely recommend this business and plan to have them come back in the spring to tune up the garage door.
