Tony and Alex washed my windows inside and out and also cleaned the screens of all the cottonwood residue. My windows are literally sparkling and I have a LOT of windows.
Tony was very responsive, punctual, friendly and professional. They had me check their work and were more than happy to do a little more special cleaning on two windows with stubborn spots. They fixed them in no time.
They also were able to complete the job quickly and with quality. And, true to their company name, they were very affordable!

They were hard workers, efficient and they knew what they are doing! There was a lot of ladder work and our building has a flat roof. Pleasant to work with and will definitely work with them again.

He arrived on time and completed the work in an efficient manner. Pointed out that the gutters also need cleaning but could not do it that day. He left a quote - again $89.00.
He was friendly and professional. He did the work quickly and did it well. The windows are noticeably cleaner.. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors

Anthony arrived on time and got right to work. He completed the outside in less than an hour and went right to work inside. These windows were filthy and wow the difference is amazing. He even helped me take out an oddly placed blind in my foyer window. The windows look beautiful and after placing a sprinkler a little too close to one of the windows I am pleased to see that they are staying clean even after getting wet again.
I highly recommend Anthony of Affordable Window and Gutter cleaning (I do know there is another Affordable Window cleaning on Angie's List but make sure you deal with Anthony) I will absolutely be using him again.

Anthony arrived as promised and completed washing of exterior windows in less than an hour.
Anthony has been washing our windows in Spring and Fall for the past two years. He schedules us within 2-4 weeks of our call and always arrives promptly. Anthony and his assistant do a thorough job of washing the windows and ensuring the sills are clean as well. He also points out maintenance issues he sees with the window seals, gutters and roof.
We have been completely satisfied with his work and feel we get great value for the price.

I got ahead of myself, and described this all in the above and quot;services performedand quot; section. Please read that, as I don't know how to transfer it to this section, and I don't care to type it all over again.
(I used to wash these windows myself, and know what a pain-in-the-neck they are to wash. The screens are on the inside, and they have to be removed first. The storms are on the inside, and they have to be removed next in order to the wash the back side and front side of the storm. Then the inside and outside of the main window. Then they all have to be put back together again.)
Would I use this Company again? You bet! They are the best !!
