A Clean Sweep

Disappointing. Picture attached show underneath of range hood is. Gross. Small tiled wall area not cleaned. Floor needs another wash so I can apply a finish. Small debris in cabinets which vac would have gotten. Oven floor clean, door dirty. Tiles by front door should have been at least vacuumed; were not. Tubs & sinks clean. I thought the lack of time spent there explained the bad job (less than 2 hours...), but seeing the other reviews, I don't think so. One did mention she had a Dr's appt. I use to clean people's homes, and this was not acceptable. I usually do this job, but thought I'd give myself a little break. Expensive mistake. Got their name from a realtor. If I had read the reviews, I would not used them. Of the 2 people I spoke to when submitting my chg pmt by phone, nobody asked how the job was completed. Surprising.

The work was below average. Not attention to detail. It appeared that they just vacuumed, swept, wiped down counters and left. I called to express displeasure and they offered to do some remediation but I had already cleaned up. When I spoke to them the manager was supposed to call me back but never did. Would not recommend this company.

A Clean Sweep did average work. I only had a few minor issues with them leaving their dirty rags on the counter top for me to throw away when I arrived home and not dusting or sweeping the best. But, they had two girls there that were really nice, so I tolerated those minor issues. The problem is that they often send different ladies each time and unfortunately, I had two brand new perfume bottles that were a recent gift from my husband get stolen during my most recent clean! When I called to report it, the owner just said: "Sorry to hear, I hope you find them!" She said that she asked the girls, and they said they didn't steal the perfume. I told her, of course, they are going to say that. . .whichever one of them that did it wouldn't want to lose their job! The perfume bottles were there the morning they arrived and gone after they left. . .it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know what happened! They didn't even offer to credit me for the cleaning or a couple of future cleanings to make up for the almost $200 worth of perfume that I'm now out of! I certainly wouldn't recommend using them due to the theft and how they did nothing to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, due to how they responded to the situation, I've decided to go with one cleaning lady, so that I know exactly who is there each time. I noticed a review from another customer on another website that also experienced theft with this cleaning service. But, unfortunately, I hadn't seen that review when I began their service.
