The saleswoman who helped us was wonderful. However, she was out having surgery and we had a bit of a time getting the store to let us look at the book for furniture covering, even though we asked them to bring it when they delivered a chair and they could take it right back. Eventually did get the samples. Having said that, the furniture quality was great. We absolutely love it.
