Called Tim on Saturday afternoon about 4:00. Was expecting him to come on Monday but said he could come out the next morning (Sunday!). Was there at 11:00 AM as indicated. He was able to get the computer up and running on site without taking it out. I decided to have him take it anyway and do an optimization since he was there already. He said he could have it back the next day. This company is so helpful and they are much less expensive that most other providers. I have used Geek Squad in the past and they are a total rip off. Came out once and charged me for two hours even though they were only there for and hour and 5 minutes. Because is went over one hour, said they had to charge for two and to top it off they couldn't even find the problem. After that TripleCheckTechs was recommended to me by a realtive and I couldn't be happier with them. They are fast and and very reasonable. They are also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. You won't be sorry.
