When the countertops were installed, there was a 1/4 inch gap between the end of the counter and the wall. The installer told my wife that he would get a piece to fill in the gap, but after 2 weeks we never heard anything. I called the manager (Barb) who said someone would be out there next week, but no one showed. After leaving several messages for Barb on her cell phone, which were never returned, I finally spoke with her. She said she could mail us a piece to fit, and we could do it ourselves, and even though we spent over $5,500 for the counters and installation, and I said that would be fine. We have still received nothing from Touch of Stone. Today is 09/02 and the counters were installed in the last week of July. Barb refuses to return our calls. We have purchased tile to install above the backsplash, but the man who is installing them wanted to wait until the entire counter job is complete.
Description of Work: We ordered granite countertops for our kitchen counters, island, and counter in the butler pantry. The price was fair and delivered and installed as promised.
