"I am confused at the customer's comments. On 1/28/08 Ms. Park signed a contract for $3,215 for her kitchen and to recut her old granite and install as a desk. The breakdown was $2725 for the kitchen and $490 for the extra piece. The kitchen measured 41.5SF. On 11/06/09 the customer signed a contract for $2616.for 37Sf. We do not charge by SF. We charge by cost of material plus labor. Also, what the customer was not aware of on the 1st job was that we needed to purchase additional material as we did not have enough. We did not charge anything extra for this. On the past job, we arrived to install on the agreed date and the job site was not ready. We returned the next day although we had another job schedule and adjusted the schedule to accommodate the customer. All this without charging a trip charge of $200.00 which is clearly stated on the contract. And, we also fabricated a small additional piece for her. The customer was aware of the pricing before she signed a contract. If she had issue with the price, this should have been discussed prior to agreeing and signing a contract. Also, please note that she did not complain about our workmanship. The "gob" of silicone, which can happen, is easily removed by using a single edge razor blade. I personally mailed the customer the Invoicing Statement. This was done the beginning of December, 2009. I surely cannot understand why she decides to complain about the cost well after everything was installed to her satisfaction."
