 + -1 moreExtremely well. Claudia does an excellent job of cleaning the house. She has an eye for detail and her standards are high. Equally important is that she is trustworthy. Not so important to some, but to me, her kindness as well as fun personality make it very comfortable and enjoyable to have her in the home each week.

Description of Work: Individual signed agreement and came for first scheduled visit. Wanted cash so she could "avoid IRS" I said "no" I have always paid contractual services by check. It took her 7 hours to clean my home and I was very tired when she left (have a disability) I went into Hospital unexpectedly for a week and individual called while I was away. She said she left several voice mails (I was still ill). I called day after I was home again to say she cleaned well and was looking forward to our second cleaning we had scheduled for that upcoming week (agreement was for bi-weekly cleaning). |She told me since she had not heard from me, she had accepted another client for our agreed upon cleaning day and could take me periodically on a day which I have regular pain management treatments and she and I had discussed this before agreeing on the day she was to come bi-weekly. |I found this individual had integrity issues and would not use her again.

She is also willing to do special projects if I ask. She has also been able to deal with the dog, which adds a little extra adversity...

 + -1 moreI think Claudia is great. We make a cleaning plan, and she does it. I always look forward to coming home on the day that Claudia has cleaned, because the house smells so good, and the kitchen sparkles. It never fails to put me in a good mood.

Sometimes a closet needs cleaning or a cabinet needs to be organized and these are automatically done. The professionalism and positive personality Claudia brings make her a very special resource. Description of Work: Cleaning entire house of approximately 2500 sq. ft. This includes cleaning, vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing interior of house. There are two floors which include 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, den, dining room and studio. In adition to the regular bi-weekly cleaning, Special areas are attended to like the refrigerator, oven, utility room, etc. Tyhe service is complete and comprehensive and if there is an area which needs focus, it is identified and cleaned. Very attuned to our home.
