I can't say enough good things about Neal. This is the second home for which I have used his services. The most recent: he removed all the carpeting in 3 bedrooms, hallway and living room. He stripped and refinished the wood flooring that was underneath the carpet. He disposed of the old carpet, which was greatly appreciated.
He only took 5 days to complete the project, which I thought was great. (Fortunately, having just purchased the house, we were able to delay our move-in date so that Neal could do the work.) He was very thorough, making sure to fill in all tiny holes and small cracks. He cleaned up after each day's work. He explained everything that he would be doing and gave me a written estimate, which was right on come the end of the project.
The guy works harder than anyone I've ever seen!! It's a horrible, dirty, dusty job, but he is a true professional at it. He's very personable.
Again, there are not enough positive superlatives I can use to describe Neal and his services. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed using his services!
