"We stand by our work and came back out at no charge to the customer. That is great customer service. The technician came out to service the Air Conditioning system. She called the next day and said she was having a problem with her humidifier. Those are 2 different pieces of equipment. She was upset because we were trying to explain that and she didn’t understand. Service Express said we would come back out and not charge her and see why the light was on her humidifier. We stand by our work. We took care of the problem and she was never charged for the appointment."

"We try very hard to please everyone. We apologize for not being able to please this customer. Here is what happened. This is the first time we have been there. Customer requested a cleaning of her Boiler, which she paid through on Angie'[Member Information Removed] List. She did call and tell us after the service was scheduled that she had a water leak, not mentioning cancelling the service call. Customer claims we sent a low man on the totem pole? The call was for maintenance, what she paid for through Angie'[Member Information Removed] List. It was for a cleaning, we never got a call for a replacement. Customer also had additional equipment that needed attention, which was not paid for through Angie'[Member Information Removed] List. This equipment needed more than just a cleaning, it would not fire. It has multiple problems, we did not fix it, too expensive. Customer wanted to use the payment from Angie'[Member Information Removed] List for the additional equipment and we agreed to that. We were actually there for 2.25 hours and wound up charging her for only 1.5 hours. It should be noted that prior to our arrival, she had another person or company which took the furnace apart and put it back together obviously this other person or company did not fix her problem. We left her house with the knowledge that we were sending our Comfort Advisor to review her options to replace her equipment. This is a perfect example for the benefits of having your equipment maintained annually. From the condition of this equipment, it'[Member Information Removed] obvious it has not been maintained. -Service Express Heating & Air"
