Glen Gilmore at the Riggs Downers Grove shop did a great job redesigning and customizing my seat. He removed the outer upholstery, then added and contoured new padding in the upper back area and the seat cushion. After the preliminary work, Glen suggested I drive around for a couple of weeks to make sure that it felt right. When I returned to Riggs after a two-week trial period, I requested additional lumbar support, and this adjustment was completed promptly. Car seats are often poorly designed for correct posture and alignment, especially for drivers with back problems. My chiropractor was pleased to learn that Riggs Bros. offers quality workmanship and good value for this type of service. Glen also recovered my glovebox and armrest for a nominal charge.

Took car to their Downers Grove location. Gave me an estimate of $500. Which was about $200 less than the vintage auto repair shop. I knew Riggs' quality was top notch because we had our BMW convert. top repaired there.They replaced window felt, door handle bezels, re-attached interior door handles and drip molding etc. etc.All little crap but done well. Took about a week, but that was fine with me. Delt with 3 or 4 people . All were intelligent, friendly guys.I'm pretty sure it took longer than estimate called for but there was no discussion about overages.Shop was clean, well organized. Good vibes.

The work took one day to fix. I have had no problems. Good place. Friendly people, I go back again They did a very fine job. I actually went to the Riggs Bross of St Charles in St Charles illinois. I believe they are owned by the same people in villa park.

I dropped it off with a small tear in the seat and they had removed that panel and replaced it with an identical panel and I picked it up the same day.

He was upfront and straightforward with me and told me he may not be able to fix my problem. But he was able to and the leg now fully retracts like it used to when it was brand new. I am happy with their work. They only do interior work. I would definitely use them again. I have recommended them to a friend who was having some interior problems.
