Responded next day and installed the unit the next morning. Excellent service.

Dave and his crew are very honest and they are always prompt.  CJ has come to help us with our boiler more times than I ever expected.  They are great guys.   My neighbors said that they have saved them a lot of money on a prior job when another company said they needed a furnace replacement but Dave showed them it wasn't necessary.  I would highly recommend them!

Last month we replaced our furnace, AC, and hot water heater all at the same time. We did our research, shopped around and obtained various estimates. Again we decided to go with Dave Planz and CJ. Dave worked very well with us in scheduling as we had to reschedule a couple of times. We never have a problem reaching Dave by telephone and when the day came for the installation, everything went very smoothly. Planz Heating sends qualified, pleasant and polite people who know what they are doing. This is important to us because we have a son with special needs and workmen in the house can be very disruptive and upsetting. Planz Heating worked all day, completed everything, and cleaned up everything before they left. We will definitely use them again and we highly recommend this company.

Our air conditioner is over 20 years old so we value working with someone who is honest with us. This year Dave said that everything checked out fine with our air conditioner unit and no extra services were needed. We have been a customer of Dave's for over 5 years. He has always been extremely honest and he cares about his customers. He does not recommend services that are not needed for our air conditioner or furnace. He is always friendly and even takes his shoes off at the door when he comes into our home. He has been prompt for appointments. We highly recommend him.
