Have been using for 3-4 years to service our 2 stage snowblower. Will be hiring again. Thank you for great work.

Went well, but in the first 2 mows, the mower kept dying on me. So I brought it back for an examination where it was determined that grass had gotten into the fuel system. As it wasn't evident how it got there, they offered to clean the fuel system for half the cost of their service. I accepted that arraignment and now the mower works well.

They did a nice job!

It went very smoothly. I brought the lawn mower in mid-morning and it was serviced later that day. Admittedly, I brought the lawn mower in in early March, before the onslaught of repairs, but the service was done quickly and efficiently.

Great. Picked up & delivered excellent job

I brought my leaf blower/vacuum in for service in late May for warranty work and it took 12 days to get it back. I had to pay a $40 'diagnostic fee' up-front when I dropped it off. The work was covered under warranty, so I should have gotten the $40 fee back. I asked about getting it back when I picked up the blower, and then when I didn't see the $40 credited to my account by June 24, I called again and was assured that it would be done that day. On July 18, I called again, as the $40 had yet to appear as a credit on my account and was told it would be done, and no apology was offered for the crappy service. Last time I do business with these guys!

We found the guys at Mowers and More to be friendly, competent and trustworthy. We have dealt with a competitor of theirs as well as a major retailer and were very unhappy...delay after delay, broken promises and exorbitant prices. Just when we were giving up hope that we would ever find anyone reliable, honest and capable..we found Mowers and More.

The snowblower would not start at all when I tested it. Mowers and More picked it up and returned it for $45, and did a major tune up and oil change. The snowblower now starts and works properly.
