Always notified when spraying. Always explained when unable to spray (neighbors lawn service present) and advised when able to return. No mosquitoes!

The service worked fabulously. The back yard feels mosquito free, and we no long need to use bug spray, citronella candles, etc... We just head outside whenever and enjoy the backyard.

It's a Joy to have my yard back. To be able to use it all summer. With the Real Estate taxes we pay here in Dupage county it's a crime to let the Mosquitoes chase us from our own yards. I have not had one bite in my yard this year. Went to friends Friday night for BBQ and was Chewed alive. I wish they had been Mosquito Joe Customers. Thank You Mosquito Joe for giving me and my Dogs back our yard. I hired Mosquito Joe for the Whole Season and they come every 2 weeks to treat with Pesticide Free Natural Oils like Rosemary, Lavender, Lemongrass and Thyme. If I need them to come sooner I only have to pick up the phone or email them and they have come out the NEXT DAY. Very Responsive and Great Product. Smells Great after they've sprayed.

“I wasn't home when the person was here, but all was handled wonderfully in my absence. I also had doubts as to the effectiveness of the process, but it worked beautifully! We had an outdoor party on July 4th and the kids had 1 or 2 mosquito bites. Once they left my yard and went to the park, they were covered in bites! We are into our 2nd year with Mosquito joe. We needed organic spray because of our fish pond and organic veggie garden. The technicians have been kind and professional. Andy, the owner, is very responsive to any concerns. We are enjoying the outdoors even with a very rainy spring and June. Will continue to hire mosquito joe of Dupage County !

Mosquito Joe's services worked great! The technicians were always very professional and informative. They sprayed about once a month for the entire season and it helped tremendously! We didn't need to wear bug spray all summer at home. We actually became so accustomed to not needing it, that when we went to other places we would forget to bring it along. One month I remember that it had rained after Mosquito Joe had sprayed that day and I just didn't think it was working as well as it had before because we were noticing some mosquitos. When I called customer service, they were quick to send someone out to do a respray for free. Worked like a charm. I will definitely be using Mosquito Joe again next summer. It was worth the small investment to be able to freely use our yard again!
