WE APPRECIATED THE PERSONALIZED SERVICE, AND THAT OUR LOAN OFFICER REALLY DID HIS BEST TO WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULES. WE THOUGHT THERE WAS GOOD COMMUNICATION, AND WE WERE NOT SURPRISED BY ANY UNFORSEEN CHARGES.

WE HAD PUT IN OFFERS ON 3 PIECES OF PROPERTY THAT ALL FELL THROUGH. IT WAS THE 4TH THAT CAME TOGETHER. OUR LOAN OFFICER WAS GAVIN BEAL, WHO WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH A RATE THAT CAME THROUGH A LITTLE HIGHER THAN WE PLANNED OR EXPECTED AT THE END WHICH WE FEEL WAS DUE TO A DELAY ON THEIR PART. OTHERWISE, GAVIN WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS RETURNED CALLS QUICKLY AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD.
