I HAVE HAD THE COMPUTER FOR THREE MONTHS AND HAD A PROBLEM. I WENT BACK TO THE LOCATION WHERE I PURCHASED THE COMPUTER AND THEY ARE NO LONGER THERE. THE COMPANY IS BASED IN CANADA, AND I TRIED TO CALL THE 800 NUMBER AND IT JUST KEEPS RINGING WITHOUT ANYONE ANSWERING. ONE TIME I DID GET HOLD OF THEM, AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH STORES IN THE US.
Description of Work: PURCHASED A PC WITH A 6 YEAR WARRANTY FOR AN EXTRA $200.
