Service was prompt, and serviceman seemed quite capable even though he wasn't able to fix our kitchen faucet. He did what he could so that we could continue to use it until we could purchase a new one. He didn't seem to be too keen on the idea of installing another Koehler (since I wanted to replace the old one with the same model) and seemed to be "pushing" Moen, but I think that was only because the Koehler is more difficult to install and, also, our cabinet is very tight quarters. Not a fun job, which is probably why the bill was so high.

VERY GOOD PRICE, BUT THEY PROMISED TO DO THE WORK THAT DAY, SINCE I HAD NO SEWER SERVICE. SHOWED UP A DAY LATE AND MADE A FAIRLY BIG MESS OF MY LAWN AND GARDEN.

THEY HAD TO GO THROUGH THE CONCRETE IN BASEMENT AND THEN REPLACE THE DRAIN PIPE THAT WENT TO THE SEWER. THE PRICE WAS ACTUALLY LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE! THEY SAID THEY COULD DO WORK OVER THE PHONE AND THEY COULDN'T, THEY EXPECTED THE PREP WORK TO BE DONE BEFORE STARTING THE JOB AND THE OWNER GAVE FALSE IMPRESSION OF WHAT HE COULD DO.

GOOD PLUMBING ORGANIZATION. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD. COMMUNICATION FELL OFF AT THE END OF THE PROJECT REGARDING ARRANGING FOR THE INSPECTION. FIRST THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL TO SCHEDULE, THEN THEY SAID I HAD TO CALL. KIND OF PUSHY ABOUT BEING PAID ALTHOUGH JOB WAS NOT 100% COMPLETED. DID NOT TAKE THE OLD DRAIN PIPES WHEN THEY LEFT THE JOB, BUT JUST LEFT THEM ON MY DRIVEWAY.
