when I walked in this man mocked me for wearing a mask in his place of business, he then told me it wouldn't be worth him fixing it or even ordering the part, which I ordered myself after a few minutes of research for 26$ on amazon. I suppose you're not welcome in his empty little shop with a mask on, what a dick.

When the vacuum cleaner was dropped off, the owner promised a cost estimate for the repair in a few business days. Two and a half weeks later, we'd heard nothing. Voice mails got no response. When I finally got the owner on the phone, he said (without apology or explanation) that it would take him 4 to 5 weeks to get to my cleaner. Remarkable! How do they stay in business? Of course, I took my vacuum cleaner elsewhere.

I was looking at the new sewing machines and he said what are you looking at you have a great machine right here just keep using this one. He could have made a $700.00 sale but he did not even try. He was very honest and I liked that.

The guy who runs the shop is a pro. Just the kind of place you want to go to. He is informed and knows the machines inside and out. He services a few different brands and had the kind of air cleaner that is top-of-the-line so that gave me some confidence, too. He loves to fiddle around with machines rather than simply replace parts. He had a theory, which he shared and called me the next day to confirm. To my surprise and delight I was offered a FREE loaner until my machine was ready. Wow -- what a great service.
