Although this ended up being a warranty repair, I wanted to warn unsuspecting customers of the complete lack of professionalism, and intentional deceit on the part of FRED Appliance. They accused us of not maintaining our virtually brand new Electrolux dryer, and proclaiming that it was unfixable. We subsequently found D & S Repair who not only fixed the small problem, but were polite and responsive, and helped us file a claim with Electrolux against FRED. When confronted with this evidence (falsified paperwork with the manufacturer), FRED rudely just hung up the phone.

I asked the company to call me 20 minutes before the arrival, and that's what he did. He found the issue and quickly fixed it. He also found some other issues and gave me a sudgestion regarding what I should do. He fixed it right the first time and was working fast.
