+ -1 moreTheir quote process was not as thorough as another company and their price is higher than a competitor's because they charge for travel time from their office to my location and do not include it in their bid but bill me for it. I asked for a 2-man crew but they are sending a 3-man crew which I was not told up front. They are not very professional but I have already signed a contract.
Description of Work: I am going to use Errand Master to move me next week. They gave me a quote in advance.
