I phoned John Italia from DoorPro, Inc. (630 279-9032) because my garage door
would not open. He came the same day, allowing us to get our cars out of the
garage. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I have dealt with his father
in the past and have always gotten excellent service. There is NO OTHER garage
door company like this one. After fixing my door he cleaned and did a
maintenance check on the entire door. He also told me we did not need to
replace the garage door opener yet and go through the expense. I expected a
large bill but, was pleasantly surprised my bill was only $165.00 and my door
sounds and works perfectly! In my opinion you could not ask for better service.
