They were amazing.  We had a Mac operating system in our house as my husband runs his business from the house.  We had to repair the computers.  He did everything we wanted.  He is knowledgeable.

Brian was excellent. (My company had used him for a number of years to help us integrate two Macs into an otherwise all-PC environment.) He returned all phone calls promptly and showed up on time. After I explained what I wanted done, I pretty much stood back and let Brian work his magic. Added bonus: While enthusiastic, Brian never gets bogged down in geek speak. He thoroughly explains everything he does, and doesn't mind questions from those of us who are less computer literate.
